EASY WORLD AUTOMATION LLC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations

APPLICABLE LAW. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

Billing and payments

EASY WORLD AUTOMATION LLC accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED and USD for its products and services. You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in full accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. The VAT is charged at the rate applicable at the time of invoicing or otherwise in accordance with the law. If in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with personally identifiable information to ensure the order is legitimate and get additional information on the purpose of the order. We may also provide such personally identifiable information in response to a law enforcement agency's request or as otherwise required by law. We reserve our right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. EASY WORLD AUTOMATION LLC will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 7 working days of receipt, only if the product is damaged or the wrong product is sent. Please notify us and return the product in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Severability
