eWorld RMA, Exchange, and Returns Policy

Following you may find eWorld’s RMA, Exchange and Return Policy:


RMA:

The RMA Procedure explained here only applies to the products purchased from moxa.eworldme.com. For products purchased through any other channels, the buyer is requested to contact the seller directly. Faulty products purchased from eWorld will be covered by the Manufacturer RMA policy, before sending the unit for RMA, you may submit the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request through our website. To return the faulty Item after submitting the RMA request and receiving the approval, you should mail your product to 2406, Exchange Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the unit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on the customer’s country, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.

 

Exchange and Refund:

Our Exchange and Refund policy lasts 30 days and it is subject to approval from the seller. If 30 days have gone by from the date of the Invoice, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns or exchanges once the return is approved by the seller. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, Documentation, and CDs if any. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from moxa.eworldme.com. we urge our customers to avoid sending purchases back to the manufacturer. All return products MUST be approved and have an authorization number from the seller prior to shipping. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive an email to be notified that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange. If the return is approved and the product received under the above conditions, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
