Returns, Refunds & RMA Service
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent product return and warranty service experience for all our customers. Please review the policies below before submitting your return or RMA request.
Below is the official RMA, Exchange, and Returns Policy for products purchased through moxa.eworldme.com.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
This RMA procedure applies only to items purchased directly from moxa.eworldme.com.
If your product was bought through another distributor or reseller, please contact them directly regarding warranty or returns.
Faulty products purchased from eWorld are covered under the Manufacturer’s RMA Policy. Before sending the product for evaluation or replacement, you must submit an RMA Request through our website.
After your RMA request is approved, you may ship the defective unit to the following address:

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning a unit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, return shipping charges will be deducted.
- Delivery times for exchanged or repaired products may vary depending on the customer’s location.
Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refund Policy is valid for 7 days from the invoice date and requires seller approval.
If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, documentation, and CDs (if included) must be returned.

Proof of purchase from moxa.eworldme.com is required.
Please do not send any product directly to the manufacturer.
All return items must be approved first and assigned an Authorization Number before shipping.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund or exchange request has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
