Terms & Conditions


Welcome to Easy World Automation ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the moxa.eworldme.com website (the "Site"), you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy.

 

1. Site Operation & Governing Law

  • The Site is operated by Easy World Automation LLC; our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates.
  • These Terms are governed by UAE law. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

 

2. Billing & Payments

  • We accept Visa or MasterCard (credit/debit) payments in AED or USD. VAT will be charged as applicable at the time of invoicing.
  • You must pay all fees or charges in full, in accordance with the terms in effect when the payment becomes due.
  • If a transaction is deemed “high-risk”, we reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID and possibly additional proof (e.g., recent bank statement) for verification.
  • We reserve the right to change product pricing, refuse or cancel orders, or limit/cancel quantities per order, user, or payment method.

 

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Customers may request a return within 7 business days of receiving the product, only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All return requests must fully comply with the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4. User Account & Responsibility

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under that account.
  • You are required to keep records (e.g. transactions, receipts, order confirmations) and abide by Site policies and rules.
  • By using the Site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to register or make purchases.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of Easy World Automation or its licensors.
  • No license or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site content is granted, unless explicitly stated.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties — express or implied — are made regarding availability, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy World Automation (and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, etc.) arising from use of the Site or Services.

 

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the Site or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should immediately cease using the Site.

 

8. Amendments & Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
  • It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
