Shipping Procedures

Thank you for visiting moxa.eworldme.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy. At moxa.eworldme.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and that’s why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, and we monitor your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands.


Shipping Method

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Collecting the orders from our facilities is not an option at the moment, however, we might decide to add this facility to our customer in the near future.


Shipping on Holiday

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will update you via email or telephone.


Trade with restricted countries

Please note that EASY WORLD AUTOMATION LLC will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


In UAE we have the following shipping on all orders. However, if your order exceeds AED 368, shipping is on us!

Order Tracking
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). However, you may view all updates to your order status at any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact website support at any time.

 

Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site are for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to the cart and the time your order is processed. 

In case the product which you request is “Out of stock”, you can just enquire the product and fill in the form. One of our administration team will contact you to provide the details of shipping for the product you requested.

 

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected at customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Customs

EASY WORLD AUTOMATION LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
