Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager at Easy World Automation LLC is responsible for leading and managing the sales team of Qatar and Oman to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across the company's diverse portfolio of products, related to industrial automation solutions, data and communications, IP surveillance, telephony and computing solutions, etc. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities in alignment with the company's objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, focusing on market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention for Qatar and Oman business.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performer sales teams in each region
  • Identify sales team skill sets and plan to develop sales-related soft skills in cooperation with the HR team
  • Prepare market segmentation and company positioning and identify areas the company should enter to expand its penetration
  • Define a strategy to expand customers based on the target markets
  • Prepare an action plan to recover dormant accounts
  • Maintain pipeline with the most accurate and valuable updates with 3~4 times of revenue target
  • Measure win rate quarterly and discuss to improve performance 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Technical to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform product development initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to generate leads and increase the sales pipeline.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products and solutions through compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations ensuring solutions are tailored to address specific client challenges and objectives.
  • Monitor key sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, opportunities for improvement, and adjustment of sales strategies as needed to meet targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms/conditions, and collaborating with management and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market realities.
  • Collaborate with the COO to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts to maximizprofitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and relevant procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
  • Collect and analyze customer surveys, record complaints, and take corrective action to enhance customer satisfaction and improve product/service quality.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience and understanding of Oman and Qatar markets for Industrial networking and data communication sector
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions while navigating challenges effectively.

  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT, Networking or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading successful sales teams.
