Job Purpose:

As a Business Development Manager at Easy World Automation LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your goal is to make Easy World more known in the areas we're already in and find new business chances in different markets and industries. Your role is crucial for Easy World to become a leader in the industrial data communication and automation field

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver agreed business development objectives that are consistent with the company’s vision, goals, and overall business strategy.
  • Develop new verticals and tap into new geographies to expand the business growth.  
  • Identify list of opportunities in target markets/sectors for Easy World Brands, its products, and services.
  • Maintains and updates business opportunity pipeline in CRM and updates on a weekly basis.
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth by Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Easy World Automation LLC's market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the sales, technical, and marketing teams to create effective strategies for promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, potential areas, and opportunities. Analyse competitor activities, vendor comparison, and other distributors with the same business line
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed the new business targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
  • Stay updated on advancements in technology and industry standards related to our product offerings.
  • Increase market share by winning new customers in target markets in the region Middle East.
  • Expands opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
  • Collect Customer Surveys and analyze, record customer complaints, and take corrective action
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs to pinpoint areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Senior managers to align business development activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team.
  • Provide guidance and support for professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.
  • Provide input on long-term planning and goals.
  • Awareness of Quality policy objectives and relevant procedures.

Proven ability to drive sales and negotiate successful deals with strong persuasion and closing skills.

Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business plans plus analytical skills for market assessment and trend analysis.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams. Networking capabilities to expand the company's contacts.

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas and proposals persuasively.

  • Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the industrial data communication and automation industry with knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Leadership skills to guide and motivate a business development team. ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to drive initiatives that contribute to the company's overall success.

Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously with effective coordination and prioritization of tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven track record with at least 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with focus on the distribution of Automation, Networking, and Communication products.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in previous roles.
  • Substantial experience in the industrial data communication and automation sector is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in leading and managing a business development or sales team.
  • Experience in contributing to strategic business plans and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
