MOXA MGate MB3180/ MB3280/ MB3480 Series Features
All three series, including the Mgate MB3180, MB3280, and MB3480 series, support both Modbus TCP and protocol conversions for Modbus RTU/ASCII. Auto-device routing easily configures connected devices and routes them in a flexible way through a TCP port or IP address. All three series are fitted with 1 Ethernet port supporting auto MDI/MDI-X to simplify hardware setup. Besides, they support up to 16 simultaneous TCP masters, and the volume of requests per master reaches 32, featuring effective data processing. These Moxa gateways are also supplied with 1.5 kV isolation protection to maintain stable communication in volatile industrial environments. With an input voltage ranging from 12 to 48 VDC, together with the 1.5 kV isolation protection, these industrial Ethernet gateways guarantee secure and reliable communication on different industrial platforms. Each series supports either 1, 2, or 4 RS-232/422/485 ports and depends on the model; hence, the connectivity ranges.
